The Social Ministry Planning Group is asking the congregation for assistance in preparing casseroles for the community meal.  What do you need to do?  Pick up a baking pan along with a recipe and prepare a casserole meal. Sign up to volunteer for a shift or two on Saturday, October 29th to setup, bake, serve, clean up and fellowship with our neighbors that come to the community meal.

When do I need to drop the uncooked casserole off at church?  You can drop it off Friday, October 28th between 5:00 – 6:30 P.M. or bring it Saturday, October 29th between 9:30 -10:30.

The sign- up sheets for volunteering will be in the Narthex beginning October 9th. See you there!

Thank you ~ The Social Ministry Planning Group
