Have you been wondering what might have happened when the dresses we had so diligently been sewing in the spring were delivered to the children at the SizaBantwana Child Care Center in Africa? What about the Grant Request that was approved by the St. John Foundation asking for funds for 6 months of clean water, 50 food parcels and 3 sewing machines?

The Jefferson Elementary Teachers, who journeyed to make this delivery, would like to present you with a personal, heartfelt thank-you in the form of a presentation. After worship service on Sunday, Oct 1, 2017 in the Sanctuary they will tell you the story of how a group of elementary students in Janesville were able to be a sharing, caring partner with the children in Hazyview, rural South Africa. They will show you that charity can come in many forms, not always necessarily in a monetary way but from the heart of the giver. With gratitude, they would like you to hear their story and allow them to show you the faces of the people who benefited from these gifts.

Please join us for SizaBantwana Thank-you! presented by Jefferson Elementary Teachers on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at St John Lutheran Church in the Sanctuary immediately following 9:00 a.m. Worship
