In September of 2016 and 2017, our congregation donated, packaged, and delivered treats to the Rock County Sheriff’s Department, the Janesville Police Department and the Janesville Fire Department. We had such a wonderful response to the treat boxes that we are going to do it again! On Sunday, September 9th, please plan on bringing cookies, cupcakes, non-perishable fruit or any other kinds of treats to church. All treats can be brought to Friendship Hall. We also need volunteers who can stay for about 20 minutes after church and help us pack up boxes for the first responders who keep us safe! Volunteers are also needed to deliver the boxes.
