WORSHIP—Regular Worship Times:
- Thursday, 1:30 p.m., Holy Communion (spoken, simple)
- Sunday, 9:00 a.m., Holy Communion (spoken)
- Sunday 6:30 p.m., Holy Communion (spoken, minimalistic)
Saint John Lutheran Church has always been open for worship.
But here is a summary of current (10/11/20) conditions:
- Only one worship service Sunday morning—9:00.
- No reservations necessary for any services.
- No limit to attendance until physically distanced capacity met.
- Seating in designated pews with household members.
- Face coverings required.
- No singing by the assembly.
- There will be organ or piano music, and occasionally recorded musical offerings.
- Thursday afternoon (1:30 p.m.) continues as the day-time mid-week alternative.
- Sunday night (6:30 p.m.) remains the minimalist service.
Opportunities for viewing the worship service include:
- A recording of live worship can be viewed on Sundays at 9:00am on the congregation’s Facebook
