Once again this year, we are collecting donations to purchase boots and snow pants for children in need in our community. We hope to be able to collect enough donations to purchase boots and snow pants for 25 children at Madison Elementary School.

This year, we are collecting cash donations so that items can be purchased for the children. It costs $50 to outfit each child but a gift of any size can be combined with the gifts of others to make a real difference in these young lives. Please use a pew envelope and write “Boots” on the envelope or make out a check to “St John Lutheran Church” and write “Boots” in the memo line. Because we have not reached our goal of being able to provide snow gear for all of the twenty five children, we have extended the deadline for donations. We still need another $800.00.
